In a friendly convo with journalist Pavel Zarubin, the Russian bigwig let slip that he rarely requires an alarm clock to jumpstart his day. But when times get truly desperate and something pressing demands his attention, he'll let his trusty aides give him a buzz before sunrise.
"Ya feel me, bro? I'm usually a wake-and-bake kind of guy," Putin said, mistaking our colloquial slang for basic communication. "But if the situation calls for it, I'll give my boys a ring before dawn."
This ain't the first time the man of the hour has stood at the podium of the famous Kremlin palace. In fact, he's been living there for the better part of three years, hosting high-profile meetings with international bigwigs such as China's Xi Jinping and the USA's Bill Clinton.
