The partnership plans to formally integrate immersive XR simulations into the MBA curriculum from the upcoming semester. Students will engage in multi-sensory, interactive simulations that replicate complex, real-world business scenarios, enhancing their decision-making skills, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and collaboration abilities.
The XR Simulation Workshop at PSB features two simulations: "The Avocado Case" and "Mission to Mars". "The Avocado Case" focuses on strategic decision-making, while "Mission to Mars" enhances critical thinking and collaboration. Using VR headsets, students are transported to high-impact environments, experiencing environments ranging from commercial settings to space mission control centers.
