Completed Training with Excellence

The Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism in Baden-Württemberg has launched an initiative called the 'Successfully Trained' program to bolster vocational training across the state. Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, Minister of Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism, announced this initiative.

The program supports 30 training coaches at 17 institutions, aiming to stabilize endangered training relationships and reduce contract terminations. These training coaches also work closely with small and medium-sized enterprises to ensure high-quality training. If a dropout cannot be prevented, suitable follow-up prospects are developed and implemented together.

The nationwide coordinating office for the 'Successfully Trained' program is located at the External: Consulting and Economic Development Company for Crafts and SMEs GmbH (BWHM GmbH). The External: Training Alliance Baden-Württemberg is also committed to strengthening Career Orientation and ensuring good Training.

Completing the training is crucial for launching a career and addressing the shortage of skilled workers. The program's tasks include developing branch-specific offers with regard to the quality of training and offering an exchange of experiences and further training for the training coaches.

The Association of Teachers at Vocational Schools in Baden-Württemberg e.V. recently held a state press conference titled 'Vocational schools under pressure - Long-term construction sites are not tackled'. The press release for this conference highlighted the challenges faced by vocational schools due to long-term construction sites and the need for immediate action.

For more information about the 'Successfully Trained' program, you can visit the external link to the Contact Form of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism. The Ministry also provides emails for the Press Office and the Citizen's Representative for queries and feedback.

The 'Successfully Trained' program is funded by the Ministry of Economics throughout the state. It is a significant step towards enhancing vocational training and addressing the skill shortage in Baden-Württemberg. Training coaches support trainees and trainers individually in companies if a training relationship is at risk.

By supporting training coaches and institutions, the 'Successfully Trained' program aims to create a stable and high-quality vocational training environment in Baden-Württemberg, thereby ensuring a skilled workforce for the future.
