Digital Promise Launches ETIH Innovation Awards 2026; Cambridge Boosts Aspirations in South West England
Digital Promise, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing equitable education, is organizing the ETIH Innovation Awards 2026. Winners and finalists will be featured in the first print magazine, distributed at BETT 2026. Meanwhile, the University of Cambridge is backing a scheme, Your Future Story, to boost educational aspirations in South West England.
The ETIH Innovation Awards 2026 honour excellence in global education technology, focusing on workforce development, AI integration, and innovative learning solutions. Entries are open to UK, Americas, and international organizations, with winners announced on 14 January 2026.
Your Future Story, supported by the University of Cambridge, aims to raise aspirations in South West England. The first 100 pupils have joined this term, with plans to support 1,000 children across the region over the next decade. The scheme provides funding and college visits to under-resourced communities in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, and Dorset. More than 100 delegates attended the first conference at the University of Exeter, fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
The ETIH Innovation Awards 2026 celebrate global excellence in education technology, while Your Future Story focuses on local impact, supporting 1,000 high-attaining students from under-resourced communities in South West England. Both initiatives aim to create opportunities and drive progress in education.
