Madison Reading Project Joins #ClearTheList Movement

The Madison Reading Project, a non-profit organisation based in Madison, Wisconsin, is taking part in the #ClearTheList movement this year. This initiative aims to support educators by helping to fulfill their classroom book wish lists.

Through the Books for Educators program, the Madison Reading Project has been providing books to educators for several years. In the past, the program offered 25 brand-new books to educators, and this year, it aims to provide approximately 1,000 educators with 25 new books for the upcoming school year.

The Books for Educators program is open for registration later this month. Interested individuals can find the registration link on the Madison Reading Project's website, along with other useful resources such as the News app or the First Alert weather app.

In addition to the Books for Educators program, the Madison Reading Project is also hosting its annual charity golf outing on Tuesday, Aug. 19. Registration for the golf outing can be found at the provided link on the website.

The Madison Reading Project's website is copyrighted in 2025. For those who wish to support educators by purchasing books, the link to purchase books from the selected teachers' lists can also be found on the website.

The #ClearTheList movement is a grassroots effort that encourages individuals to purchase books or supplies from teachers' wish lists, often shared on social media platforms. By participating in this movement, the Madison Reading Project is directly aiding educators with resources to prepare for the school year or enhance literacy resources in their classrooms.
