Event held in Las Vegas from October 8-10: Mobile World Congress
MWC Las Vegas 2024 is set to return to the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall from October 8 to 10, bringing together industry leaders, CIOs, systems integrators, network architects, developers, technology leaders, and mobile operators.
This year, T-Mobile for Business will be the lead sponsor of Connected Industries, showcasing their latest innovative 5G solutions for the enterprise and government marketplace. The event will also feature a technology demonstration about the future of mobile asset tracking at the Port of Vancouver, Canada's largest and busiest seaport.
The GSMA, a global organization that unifies the mobile ecosystem, will once again host the event. Their vision is to unlock the full power of connectivity so that people, industry, and society thrive. The GSMA's Tech4Girls program will also return, aiming to inspire the next generation of female technology leaders.
The program will offer workshops, career advice, and seminars to young women and girls, and provide opportunities to hear from female trailblazers, tour the exhibition show floor, and learn about careers in technology. Asisat Oshoala, a Bay FC Professional Soccer player and advocate for girls' education, will join the GSMA's CMO Lara Dewar on the keynote stage. Asisat is also committed to providing opportunities for girls through her foundation, the Asisat Oshoala Academy.
MWC Las Vegas will host a series of summits, including the CIO Summit, Enterprise AI Summit, Private Network Summit, GSMA Open Gateway and DevCon Summit, Telco AI Summit, e-SIM Summit, the Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) Summit, and the Government, Homeland Security & Defense Summit.
Connected Industries, previously known as Industry City, will showcase AI-driven aviation systems, IoT-enabled automation in manufacturing, smart city infrastructures, and more. The event will also provide two dedicated areas, the Exhibition Networking Lounge and VIP Networking Lounge, for leaders to network and collaborate.
The GSMA's vision for MWC Las Vegas 2024 is to provide a platform for innovation, collaboration, and learning, with themes including Enterprise Transformation, AI Networks, and 5G EdgeCloud. The event is open for registration, and members of the media are invited to apply for a complimentary press pass.
