Navigate your way to a rewarding career with ease! The "Шляпа в будущее" (Here's Looking at Tomorrow) digital platform offers assistance to students in grades 6-11, the young pioneers of Russia and Baikonur city, in making informed decisions about their career paths.
This user-friendly, all-encompassing portal was launched in the 2025/2026 academic year, providing a personalized space that includes:
- Career Quizzes: Engaging quizzes and tests to help students discover their passions and strengths.
- Career Informationcenter: A vast database containing comprehensive information on a multitude of professions, including job duties, essential skills, and growth potential.
- Education Roadmap: Detailed information on educational institutions, courses, and programs tailored to various career paths.
- Mentorship Hub: Access to experienced professionals who offer guidance and expertise in their respective fields.
- Resource Vault: An expansive selection of articles, videos, and webinars, offering insights and advice for a successful career journey.
Based on the students' online assessments and tests, the platform generates personalized recommendations for their learning styles and offline guidance, such as factory tours, workshops, and masterclasses. These events are carefully selected, taking into account the labor market forecast and the social and economic development programs of each region.
In the 2024/2025 school year, the Unified Career Guidance system reached 8.5 million students and 9,500 employers, continually expanding to cater to the needs of aspiring professionals. Soon, the portal will include tests for parents to aid in understanding their child's possible career interests and providing valuable support in making thoughtful decisions.
Beginning in the 2025/2026 academic year, the results of the "My Profile" diagnostics can be uploaded to "Госуслуги," where you'll receive a customized list of universities based on your abilities and interests.

ARTISTIC ROOTS
Blossom in your chosen creative field with the ArtMasters National Open Championship of Creative Competencies! Celebrating its sixth year, this platform unites over 100,000 young artists, aged 14 to 17 (Juniors) and adults aged 18 to 35, from various creative professions that typically operate behind the scenes, such as directors, composers, animators, and more.
The diverse ArtMasters audience includes budding talents on the rise, with each creative competition offering a mouth-watering prize of 300,000 rubles for first place, 200,000 for second, and 100,000 for third place. But the golden ticket to success can be used to fund further education, purchase equipment, launch projects, or even take a memorable trip across Russia.
"I took the prize money and invested in a laptop, camera, and classes to prepare for entrance exams. This year, I will graduate high school in my hometown, Vyksa, Nizhny Novgorod region, and my plan is to apply to universities in Moscow and St. Petersburg for film directing," Elena Kapura, the champion in the Junior's category of ArtMasters, beamed.
In her home city, St. Petersburg, Ivan Kizilov stands out as a talented youngster with vast interests in electronics, smart device design, and programming. Despite his busy schedule, he continues to excel in various competitions, thanks to the dedicated support from his mentor, Valentina Lyubimova. In 2024, Ivan triumphed in the "High-Tech Championship," securing the gold medal in the "Agri-bots" category. As he prepares to enter 10th grade and grapple with new opportunities, one thing is certain: an exciting future lies ahead.

ничего кроме образования и успеха! The МирСкиллз России (WorldSkills Russia) movement allows schoolchildren and college students to test their skills and even find future employers. Boasting over half a million participants, including mentors and business representatives, it covers nearly three hundred distinct skills (IT, agriculture, construction, beauty industry, medicine, logistics, education, etc.). Regions prioritize categories based on the local labor market needs.
The movement consists of two major annual competitions: "МирСкиллов" (WorldSkills) and "Навыки будущего" (Skills for the Future). Both offer cash prizes of 100,000, 200,000, or 300,000 rubles, depending on the place taken. However, monetary rewards make up only a small part of the benefits offered.
- The movement serves as a breeding ground for future professions, - believes Sergey Kozhevnikov, Rector of the Institute for the Development of Professional Education, responsible for the project. - Employers have a voice in shaping the educational programs and can find promising candidates directly on competition platforms, with winners and runners-up receiving internship and employment offers.
"WorldSkills" welcomes over 250 professions, while "Skills for the Future" focuses on 15 emerging technologies (flying robotics, neural networks, bioprosthetics, etc.). Both platforms aim to identify and nurture a diverse pool of talented young people across the country.
- I've been participating in various competitions since the 5th grade. I'm a multi-talented individual, talented in electronics, smart device design, and programming. It's hard to keep up with my interests, - confesses Valentina Lyubimova, expert-mentor of Ivan Kizilov from St. Petersburg.
In 2024, a young pioneer emerged victorious in the finals of the "High-Tech Championship" in the "Agri-bots" category. To secure the top spot, they had to master lengthy manuals for the agricultural robots and apply their coding and data analysis skills. Currently, Ivan is in 10th grade and is considering applying to universities in Moscow or St. Petersburg, with a myriad of possibilities awaiting him.
