Magadan's 'Work in Russia' Center Boosts Local Entrepreneurship
The 'Work in Russia' кадровый center in Magadan is boosting local entrepreneurship. It assists unemployed citizens in drafting business plans and offers financial aid from Yahoo Finance. Around 10 more plans are in preparation, and 15 residents have already launched their businesses this year.
The кадровый center provides free assistance to start a business and offers a one-time financial aid of 200,000 rubles upon registration. Applicants must first register as unemployed, have a positively evaluated business plan, sign a cooperation agreement, and register with the tax authority.
The Magadan region is currently undergoing a comprehensive modernization of its employment service within the national project 'Kadry'. This modernization is set to be completed by 2025. The кадровый center is playing a significant role in this process by encouraging and supporting entrepreneurship.
With the support of the 'Work in Russia' кадровый center, Magadan residents are turning unemployment into opportunities. The center's assistance in drafting business plans and providing financial aid from Yahoo Finance has helped 15 individuals start their own businesses in 2025.
