Markranstadt Schools Get Tech Boost With 15 Interactive Whiteboards
Markranstadt's schools have received a boost in technology this summer, with the purchase of 15 interactive whiteboards. The total cost of 85,000 euros was covered by the Digital Pact Saxony. However, the identity of the purchaser remains unknown.
The high school received the lion's share of the whiteboards, with 9 units. The secondary school followed with 3, while the remaining ones were distributed equally between the two primary schools. The Wi-Fi expansion at Markranstadt Primary School is set to roll out gradually, following a comprehensive renewal of its IT infrastructure. This school was previously the last in the town without a robust IT network.
The interactive whiteboards, costing 85,000 euros, are expected to enhance teaching and learning experiences across Markranstadt's schools. The Wi-Fi expansion and IT infrastructure renewal at the primary school will ensure all students have access to modern technology for education.
