Opportunity for 50 enthusiastic youths to act as ADECCO CEOs for a month
The world's leading HR solutions provider is offering a unique opportunity for 50 entrepreneurial and ambitious youngsters to become the group's 'CEO for One Month'. This program, first launched in 2011 and becoming an international initiative in 2014, allows selected participants to work closely with Group CEO Alain Dehaze.
The 'CEO for One Month' program is just one aspect of the group's wider initiative, Way to WorkTM. This global programme aims to fight youth unemployment by providing 'readiness to work' initiatives and work-based training opportunities all over the world. In 2015 alone, over 3,000 internships and apprenticeships were provided through Way to WorkTM.
The 'CEO for One Month' program is designed to help youngsters build their careers through training, guidance, and opportunities. Participants will challenge themselves, gain hands-on experience alongside top management, and get a taste of running a global company. Previous participants of the program have progressed to careers within the group and have been hired at the group's headquarters.
Ayumi Kunori, a previous participant, recommends youngsters to apply for the program, stating it was of immense value and has prepared her better for future opportunities.

Internships will be provided alongside Country Managers in 50 countries.
