One of Fisher's key areas of focus in her new role will be mentorship. She believes that alumni are eager to assist with mentorship and it is extremely beneficial for current students. Fisher is excited about the work to be done in mentorship and young alumni engagement, especially at this critical time in higher education.

Fisher is looking forward to leading the Alumni Relations team and continuing her work in this area. She has enjoyed meeting and interacting with Lehigh alumni throughout her time at the university and has learned about the passion they have for the university and its success.

Fisher describes the Lehigh alumni network as "incredibly powerful" and believes that connecting with young alumni is crucial for the success of the university's alumni relations. She is excited about the challenges that lie ahead and is ready to take on this critical role in higher education.
