The Virginia region has completed the initial stage of drafting its budget for the next year. The process, involving all municipalities, prioritizes key projects and social guarantees, reflecting the Governor Denis Pasler's focus on water supply and public transport.

The budget design considers all regions' interests, as municipal conciliation procedures ensured broad participation. Representatives from each region joined discussions, which covered a wide range of topics. These included resettlement from dilapidated housing, modernization of schools, road safety, and public transport in the Schwertlussk region.
