UGC NET Answer Key for 2025 Has Been Released: Last Date to Challenges at ugcnet.nta.ac.in, Learn Procedure, Cost, and More Details
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key for the UGC NET June 2025 exam, which was conducted between June 25 and June 29, 2025. Candidates can download the answer key from the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
The objection window for the UGC NET Answer Key 2025 is open until July 8, 2025 (5 PM IST). Candidates who want to challenge discrepancies in the answer key can submit objections via the official portal until the deadline. Each objection will incur a non-refundable fee of ₹200 per question, and candidates are advised to double-check their objections before submission as no corrections or changes will be allowed afterward.
To raise an objection, candidates need to visit the official UGC NET portal, log in using their application number and password or date of birth, and access the "Objection Answer Key" link. They should then select the question ID, provide the correct answer option they believe is right, upload supporting documents such as textbooks or academic references to justify their objection, submit their objections, and pay the fee online via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
Once the objection window closes, a panel of subject experts will review all challenges. If a challenge is found valid, the answer key will be revised, and the updated key will be used to prepare the final results. However, candidates will not be individually informed about the acceptance or rejection of their challenges.
The UGC NET Answer Key 2025 is available for all 85 subjects. With the response sheet, candidates can cross-check their answers and estimate their scores before the final results are declared. The answer key contains the candidate's name, correct answer, and the option marked by the candidate.
Candidates are advised to keep the PDF version of the answer key for future reference and take a printout if needed for offline verification. For any queries or issues, candidates can contact the UGC NET helpline at [email protected] or 0120-6895200.
The UGC NET June 2025 result is expected to be released by late July or early August 2025, following the conclusion of the objection window for the provisional answer key on July 8, 2025.
Candidates can utilize this opportunity for education-and-self-development by participating in the objection process for the UGC NET Answer Key 2025, which involves online-education about the correct answers from subject experts. Candidates can learn from the revised answer key, if their objections are found valid, before the final results are declared.
