vhs Launches New Beginner Language Courses Post-Summer
After the summer holidays, the Villingen-Schwenningen Adult Education Center (vhs) is launching a variety of new beginner language courses. Both online and classroom classes are available, starting from late September to early October.
Kicking off the new term is Florjana Neubauer's Neugriechisch (Modern Greek) online course, commencing on Monday, September 22, from 6-7:30 PM. Meanwhile, Polish enthusiasts can join native speaker Emilia Konieczna's online class starting Tuesday, September 23, from 8-9 PM. For those interested in Japanese, Valerie Schmalfuß will lead an online course beginning Monday, October 6, from 7:45-9:15 PM.
English and Italian courses will also commence in October, both taught by Moreno Quartarone. English classes will run from Wednesday, October 1, 7:45-9:15 PM, while Italian classes will be held from 6-7:30 PM on the same day. Spanish learners can start with Elena Burkert's course, beginning Wednesday, September 24, from 7:45-9:15 PM. Additionally, a compact 'Dutch for Travel' course will take place on the weekend of October 17/18.
